Watching and Waiting / Oatmeal Cranberry Walnut Cookies

When your mom is the creator of SuperNoots, it comes with a price.

These are my kids.

These are my kids watching cookies bake.

Pitiful, isn't it?

I've been using this recipe for Oatmeal Cranberry Walnut cookies. Made partially with whole wheat flour, you won't feel too guilty about serving up these little gems. Enjoy!!

Lori, your kids are so, so lovely. They make me smile each and everytime I see pictures of them. Seriously. Wherever did your little boy get his red hair? Is that from your husband's side of the family?

So glad that you discovered the bit of bloggy love we forwarded your way today. Anything to support the SuperNoots cause and by far our most favorite fellow blogger. :)

I look forward to the day when we meet on the golf course. I, of course, will be in purple, but how about you? Maybe pink? I'll see what other colors the Candy Queen sweatshirt comes in.

Lori, I too am waiting for the day when sarcasm will emerge as a parenting style. In the meantime I will continue to practice it upon my guinea pig of a child, Emi. :) Hopefully it will be a positive thing and she won't have to attend a therapist as an adult. -Kacey

PS: Your kids may be the cutest! I love the photo of them looking at the cookies, reminds me of myself.
